Having established your requirements, preferences and budget; Oxford Acquisitions will search the market place for property, investments that match the brief. We will use our extensive network of contacts in the UK property market, including developers, private vendors ‘property auctions and property agents. This allows us to obtain properties, and investments that are not always available on the open market. We visit all properties that meet your criteria and obtain detailed first-hand information. A shortlist of appropriate properties that fulfill your brief, having discussed the properties available with you, we will organize an initial tour of the short-listed properties.

Doing the Deal

Having found your ideal property, investment, our experienced negotiators will aim to complete the acquisition at the most competitive price. We will always work to ensure that you achieve the best possible price for your acquisition.

Improving the Gearing

To improve the gearing, we will assist in accordance with your circumstances and situation to help leverage purchase. Our finance experts will scan the market to find the best finance deals available, and in turn facilitate the whole process; completing the relevant application forms, data and documents.

Legalities

Once the offer has been accepted, we will monitor the legal process through to completion
